Discernment is a one credit Formative Spirituality course in which students will examine discernment as
both a process and a grace for deepening our capacity to move with God’s action in our world in order to
effect individual transformation and social change. Students will explore the history, theology,
psychology, spirituality and praxis of Christian discernment as it applies to both individual and communal
discernment.
