Congregational leadership is viewed in the theological context of the total mission of the Church. Topics considered include pastoral leadership style, organization theory (with an emphasis on the systems approach), community building, lay leadership development, time management, conflict resolution using a family systems approach, stewardship, budgeting, church planning, and professional ethics.
