What is it?
Prospective students who have wondered whether Fall 2011 would be a good semester to enroll at MTS can consider a scholarship established for individuals just beginning their studies. The Genesis Scholarship enables new students who enroll in at least 3 credits of course work to receive a scholarship subsidy for 2 of those credits. (In other words, 3 credits at the price of 1! ) The number of Genesis scholarships are limited and will be provided on a first “accepted” basis.

Our Enrollment staff will explain more about the Genesis Scholarship and our many other scholarship opportunities when you call or email them about your interest in enrolling. Their contact information is posted in the left column.

Some suggested introductory courses for new students

• Intro to Biblical Studies [6–9pm, Wednesdays]
Required for all programs, 3 credits

• Learning As Ministry [6–9pm Tuesdays]
Required for all programs, 3 credits

• Individual Spiritual Direction [7–9pm, 3 Weds (8/31, 10/26, 12/7)]
1 credit

• Contemplative Communication [4–6pm Wednesdays]
2 credits

• The Bible & the Qur'an [6–9pm Thursdays]
3 credits
