Campus Housing

Residence Units
Housing is available to qualified students on a first-request basis after acceptance as a full-time student. Twenty-seven residence units are owned and managed by the Seminary and consist of apartments and twin homes.

All units are unfurnished and range in size from one-bedroom efficiency apartments to three-bedroom twin homes. All are rented on an annual basis and are within walking distance of the Seminary.

Students may also pursue other housing options through local real estate agencies.

Rental Fees
The monthly rental fees for Seminary housing range from $550-1000. Typically, rent includes heat, water, local telephone, basic cable, network connection, and trash removal.

Upon signing an annual lease, students are asked to pay their first month’s rent and a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent. The security deposit will be refunded when there are no damages found during the final inspection which occurs immediately after moving out.

Policies and Procedures
The housing application and rental policy can be downloaded here. Applicants who are interested in campus housing are urged to contact Ann Gibson in the Office of Enrollment early in the admission process (610-861-1512 or 800-843-6541).
