Lunch is on us – but you will get more than a good sandwich!
The entire Seminary community is invited for lively and open discussion surrounding complex issues facing the Moravian Church today.
This monthly forum offers students, faculty and staff the opportunity to hear thoughts from presenters who are versed on particular issues, followed by open floor discussion. STMLs take place in the Saal of Bahnson Center immediately following Chapel, which begins at noon.
Spring 2010 STML Schedule
"Called to Mission"
Our presenters this semester have unique call stories that have led them to their ministries of outreach. Join us each month as we share a community meal and hear our speaker’s unique stories. From New York City to Kenya and back to Bethlehem we’ll learn about sheltering the homeless, serving orphans and establishing new ministries — including the joys and challenges associated with each. Suggestions will be offered for ways that the Seminary community may participate, and insights shared about establishing new outreach work when you’ve been called to mission.
