In this two-day workshop, kahuna and conference leader Harry Uhane Jim introduces the traditional Hawaiian practice of managing trauma and transforming chaotic patterns into shapes and vistas of order and profound peace in an interactive, humorous, and practical way. This event is dedicated to setting aside focus skills based on pain, shame, and guilt, and embracing a skill set to bring focus skills of joy and presence. As Harry puts it, “Live peacefully inside and out instead of exhausted outside, chaotic within. Stop negotiating and start navigating!”
