In a time of tight resources and continuing economic uncertainty, how do people of faith keep a sense of dynamism and hope as we seek to strengthen our own congregations and to minister to the needs of the broader community?
During the weekend, Luther Snow, author of The Power of Asset Mapping and a nationally-recognized leader in the Asset-Based Community Development movement, will help us to answer this question through a series of workshops for pastors, lay leaders, denominational staff, and leaders of other faith-based organizations. We will explore strategies for recognizing and deploying our resources to revitalize our own congregations and organizations and to build sustainable partnerships to serve the broader community.
