This course has two purposes, first to build practical skills such as online and library research, writing, presenting and an introduction to Biblical interpretation. The second purpose of this course is allow each participant to explore their sense of call through readings, reflection and a small group process. While not a mandatory first course, we encourage participants to take COMPASS as early as possible in their CROSSROADS experience.
