CROSSROADS is Lay Ministry Training for those who are…

• active in the life and ministry of their congregation.

• Seeking lay pastor certification within their denomination.*

• Assisting ordained clergy in current congregational ministry.

• Desiring a seminary education but lack necessary pre-requisites such as a bachelor's degree or those for whom seminary is not a realistic option.

• Looking for training to enhance their service within their local congregation.

• Newly retired or second career people who desire a practical education and who seek challenging personal enrichment courses.

• Seeking Continuing Education Units.

* Those seeking specific positions within their congregation or denomination are encouraged to talk with their pastor or church leader as soon as possible to determine denominational requirements and whether this program meets those requirements.
