Welcome to an opportunity to learn the core concepts of Hawaiian spirituality from a native Hawaiian kahuna.  Understand the ways Laulima addresses both the emotional and the physical body. “Aloha,” a popular greeting from Hawaii and known throughout the world, summons that quintessential paradise within, granting euphoric and melodic peace of mind and body and joy. To the Hawaiian, Aloha means “the breath of God is in our presence”.

Harry and his wife Sila, will share, demonstrate and initiate you into Hawaiian touch medicine known as Laulima, “laying of hands”/ energy work. You will learn by doing “laying on of hands,” an ancient Hawaiian healing practice in which everybody is enough, everyone participates. We gather in a cluster of like-minded healers holding the common intention for one person’s well being.

Co-sponsored by Care Alternatives Hospice

Harry Uhane and Sila Lehua Jim come from a lineage of Hawaiian Healers. Harry was trained by practitioners who were well known but from the deeply secret world of Native Hawaiian Healers known as Kahuna. Harry and Sila’s gatherings convey authenticity and are known for unveiling profound ancient truths with wit and laughter. Harry evokes the Hawaiian experience of healing by showing you how to raise the vibration of the space creating a healing time. Copies of Harry’s book, Wise Secrets of Aloha: Learn and Live the Sacred Art of Lomilomi, will be available for sale.
