About Continuing Ed at MTS
In addition to our degree and graduate certificate programs, Moravian Theological Seminary offers a long-established tradition of lifelong learning for parish clergy, pastoral counselors, chaplains, other religious professionals, and the broader community.
Several endowed lectureships bring nationally and internationally recognized speakers to our campus annually; and we offer a wide selection of workshops and short courses in biblical studies, spiritual growth, ministerial practice, pastoral counseling, public ministry, church leadership, interfaith dialogue, and other topics vital to the life and mission of the church in the 21st century.
A particular focus of our program is the education of lay persons for leadership in the local congregation through CROSSROADS, a comprehensive series of courses in Bible, theology, worship, congregational care, evangelism, and other key disciplines.
Through on-campus events and an increasing online presence, we strive to be an ever-evolving learning community in which people of faith can pursue both personal growth and the knowledge and skill needed to translate faith into action in a time of constant change, challenge, and promise.
