CROSSROADS is a Lay Leadership program designed for the active lay person who wants to discover their unique sense of call, engage in deepening spiritual formation and learn skills to apply to their congregational life and their missional efforts in the community. Click here to see if this is the right program for you.

CROSSROADS courses offer the opportunity to specialize in your interests in order to enhance your specific ministry skills or by taking all the courses in this program participants gain a balanced education with regard to personal spiritual formation, life of the church and mission to our community. Courses are offered on a two year rotation. The program is a continuing education level of learning and CEU's are available upon completion of each course.

CROSSROADS is an ongoing learning community. Participants develop supportive relationships with other with others in regard to their ministry interests and continue to meet and discuss after the classroom experience is over. Special courses and events are offered for program graduates, former course participants and current participants to continue the conversation about lay people active in ministry.
