Crossroads
LAY LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

. . . the intersection of your life and God's mission.

Are you a hands-on kind of person, engaged in your church and your community, and still feeling that there is something more for you? Crossroads is designed for folks who have a distinct sense of God's call and who are searching for ways to put that call into action. Crossroads courses allow you to specialize in your interests to enhance your specific ministry skills. Or you can take all the courses in the program for a balanced education with regard to personal spiritual formation.

Participants range in age from their mid-twenties to early eighties, with most folks in their fifties. About half have high school diplomas or Associate's degrees, some have a Bachelor's or Master’s, and a few have doctorates. It’s a rich mix that allows all to feel welcome to explore and engage in understanding how to put their unique gifts and talents to use for God.

Have you been thinking about exploring your faith and your sense of call as a layperson? Crossroads Lay Leadership Program at Moravian Theological Seminary is a great beginning on that journey.  Whether its building knowledge through Biblical studies or building skills in areas of congregational life or community ministry, we invite you to meet with us and explore how this program might be able to meet your specific needs.
