In 1999, Donald Lauer established a scholarship fund in memory of his wife, Dorene. He was thanked in person for his generosity by the students who benefited from the scholarship at a campus- wide luncheon honoring the scholarship program.

Supporting Moravian Seminary

Gifts to Moravian Theological Seminary make a difference in a very real way: they enable us to maintain and develop the best methods of instruction to develop leaders for transformative ministries.

Your gifts make it possible for the Seminary to achieve its goals and realize new initiatives.

In our 200-year history, the gifts of alumni and friends of the Seminary have enabled us to:

    • create new student scholarships
    • develop new programs
    • expand our facilities
    • endow faculty chairs
    • maintain a balanced budget
    • bring theological leaders to our campus

Beyond the critical financial support offered by alumni and friends, contributions reflect something even deeper. They bring together alumni and friends as trusted partners who are committed to a program of excellence and integrity.
