Income-Producing Gifts

Charitable Remainder Trusts,
which allow you to tranfer assests into a separately managed trust that will provide you and/or your beneficiaries with payments for life.

Charitable Gift Annuities,
in which you make a contribution in return for Moravian Theological Seminary's promise to pay one or two annuitants a pre-arranged fixed income for life.

Pooled Income Funds,
in which your gift is combined with those of other donors and invested by Moravian Theological Seminary while you receive a quarterly share of the fund's income.

Charitable Lead Trusts,
which pay Moravian Theological Seminary income for a specified number of years and eventually transfer assets to heirs.
