Any student whose preparation indicates prior coverage of
the material of a required Seminary course may request an exemption. Students must demonstrate graduate-level proficiency in the subject matter as determined by the appropriate faculty members. An exemption does not reduce the number of hours required for the department. Written request for an exemption should be submitted to the Chair of the Admissions and Standing Committee.
