Alumni Council Mission

To continuously build and strengthen the Moravian Theological Seminary alumni community based on values that are deeply rooted in the Seminary’s heritage and tradition and to perpetuate the spirit of the institution for future generations.

Membership

General membership in the Alumni Council is reserved for alumni of Moravian Theological Seminary (MTS). The council has 20 available seats and members serve 2-year terms and are eligible for 2 reelections, serving a total of 6 years. Kim Kline Adamson S’18

Rev. Kim Kline Adamson, class of 2018 is the Pastor of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Kutztown.  She attended Blue Mountain High School in Orwigsburg, PA and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a Minor in German and a Master’s of Education in Counseling/Higher Education at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.  Kim retired from Cedar Crest College in 2020 after thirty years as a Financial Aid Administrator.  She resides in Alburtis with her son, Jeremy.
 

Nancy Lynch Gibson S’08

Nancy Lynch Gibson, MA, LCPC, is a 2008 graduate of Moravian Theological Seminary with a Master's Degree in Pastoral Counseling.  Nancy is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland and a Certified Trauma Counselor. She is also a certified SoulCollage facilitator. Nancy is semi-retired but busy developing workshops and retreats using expressive techniques for self-exploration.

I graduated from Moravian Seminary and was ordained a Moravian pastor in 1981.  Since then, I served eight Moravian congregations in small town, rural and urban settings.  I am currently the pastor of the Egg Harbor City Moravian Church in New Jersey. I work to serve Jesus and to serve the community in which I live.

Lynn Aprill Webb S’11, ’14

I graduated from Moravian Seminary in Formative Spirituality, 2011 and Spiritual Direction, 2014.  I completed my Master of Divinity (2006 at Lutheran Seminary in Philadelphia) and Clinical Pastoral Care (CPE) which opened the door for me to be a chaplain at Morristown Medical Center.  Currently, I volunteer with the New Jersey Federation of Woman’s Clubs as Highlands District Vice President.
