Allison joined Moravian Theological Seminary as an Admissions Counselor in the spring of 2022 and was named Assistant Director of Seminary Admissions and Student Success in June 2023. She is excited to help students take the next step in answering God’s call.

Allison attended Lafayette College where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Sociology. Immediately after graduating, Allison entered into Moravian’s post-baccalaureate Elementary Education program through which she earned her Pennsylvania K-6 teacher’s license.

While working with parents of her elementary school students, Allison discovered her passion for helping adults succeed. She entered into the talent acquisition world, where she was able to help candidates find the job that best fit their needs. Allison received her Master’s Degree from Penn State in Organization Development and Change where she focused on talent acquisition and retention. In her most recent position before Moravian, Allison was recruiting for a real estate company, where she focused on talent acquisition and training.

Allison is a Lehigh Valley native. When she is not working, she enjoys watching movies with her husband, baking, reading, and supporting local businesses.
